What does round1 actually do?
It prepares questions, interviews candidates on video and returns scored reports with supporting quotes. You review the criteria and choose the shortlist.
Does it adapt to different roles and experience levels?
Yes. Questions, follow-ups and scoring are tailored to the role and experience level you set.
Which languages does the interview support?
43 languages. English is the most polished today. Choose the language before the role goes live; it is then fixed for that role.
Does it work with my hiring system?
Greenhouse and Lever work today. Export an evaluation note and a shareable report link. Workday is planned, not yet available.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. round1 drafts the role and questions; you review them before inviting candidates.
Is the data secure?
Customer data is kept separate. Recordings stay in your storage, and hiring-system credentials are encrypted.
How is pricing structured?
Active roles and interview minutes. Each plan includes an allowance, with rates for extra usage. No per-seat fees.
Can I try it without a card?
Yes. Start with one active role and 60 interview minutes. Add a card only when you need more.
